The AZUR Team

Our team members consists of experienced professionals and consultants in Hong Kong and Berlin. 

They are multilingual and have years of experience from various business backgrounds such as accounting, tax, international trade, manufacturing, consulting and banking & finance. 

Their combined cultural, professional and national diversity will enable them to collectively understand and provide the best solution to our international clients.

AZUR was established by Mr. Franz Loschko, a German national who has lived and worked in Hong Kong since 1996. Prior to founding AZUR, he has gained extensive international banking experience having worked for HSBC, Commerzbank, DZ Bank and HypoVereinsbank in Relationship Management and Credit Department positions. Throughout the years, Franz successfully helped multinationals to set up and grow their businesses in Hong Kong and China. 

Backed by his experience and established network, he is able to provide value-added solutions to clients as an independent consultant.  

Franz graduated from the Fachhochschule Munich with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Prior to his study, Franz completed a banking apprenticeship in Germany. In 1989, Franz also studied Mandarin for one year in Beijing at the Beijing Language Institute. He is fluent in German, English and is conversational in Mandarin.

Dr. Wing-Hin Chung is a management consultant with over 25 years of experience in Hong Kong trade and investment. He has helped numerous companies expand their businesses into Hong Kong and China and is a regular speaker at conferences and startup events.  

After graduating with a master’s degree in business administration, he worked as a research and teaching assistant at the Institute for Management of Free University Berlin. During this period, he gained his PhD with a dissertation on international joint ventures.

In 1997, he then started to work in a garment trading and manufacturing company with headquarters in Hong Kong and production bases in China. At the same time, he spent several years as a guest lecturer for German-Chinese business relations at the Baptist University in Hong Kong.

In 2012, he was appointed Head, Investment Promotion at Invest Hong Kong’s office in Berlin in charge of eight European Countries. InvestHK is the investment promotion agency of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government. Its mission is to attract and support businesses from around the world to establish and expand in and through Hong Kong. Dr. Chung is an expert on both macro-economic development and international trade, and he has extensive sales and leadership experience in the private sector. During his 13 years at InvestHK, he has helped numerous companies and start-ups from Europe to set up successfully in Hong Kong.

Dr. Wing-Hin Chung grew up in Germany and is a German citizen. He speaks German, English, Cantonese and Mandarin. After an extended period of time in Hong Kong, he moved back to Germany and lives in Berlin since November 2012.

Jacqueline Loschko set up AZUR together with her husband Franz and is responsible for running AZUR's Corporate & Trade Services / Operations. Jacqueline's work experiences includes working at the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.  

Jacqueline was raised and educated in Australia and graduated in BA Communications and Media Arts at the University of Newcastle, N.S.W., Australia.

Miranda began her career in banking and worked in the Trade Finance department and has gained solid understanding of trade finance and banking products.  

Miranda graduated from the University of South Australia and obtained a Bachelor degree in Business Administration. She further devoted her efforts in pursueing a post graduate study at the Open University of Hong Kong and obtained the double Masters' degree in Corporate Governance and Professional Accounting. Miranda started another career and worked in top tier professional firms, law firm and CPA firm. She served international clients and provided corporate secretarial and accounting services for private and listed companies in Hong Kong. She also helped clients to move their businesses to Hong Kong and successfully obtained the required investment and working visas.

Miranda is an associate member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and also an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, U.K. Miranda holds another professional qualification and she is a member of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong and a qualified Certified Tax Adviser, Hong Kong.

Mr. Nelson Chiu

Nelson started his career as an auditor in a local CPA firm. Within a short time, Nelson was promoted to the position as an audit manager and received many remarkable testimonials from clients and his employer. 

He then changed to the commercial field and held positions as a financial controller in main board listed and GEM board listed companies. He was well-versed with the listing rule compliance and performed excellently in meeting tight schedules. Nelson was invited by The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries to teach on financial reporting subjects. In addition, he was the examination paper accessor at the Caritas Francis Hsu College.

Nelson graduated from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and obtained his honours degree in accounting. Nelson is a qualified Certified Public Accountant (Practising), and he is a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, U.K., an associate member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and also an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, U.K.

Today, Nelson is practising in his own name and devotes his efforts and experiences to serve the local and overseas clients.
